The District 4 Art staff held numerous articulation sessions in order to coordinate curriculum between Elementary and Jr. High departments. The lessons created are linked to the Illinois State Goals and Standards and are integrated with academic areas. To encourage creative development, lessons are designed to meet the needs of students in Art History, aesthetics, hands-on exploration and art evaluation.
