Building Literacy at Camp Lake Park

Lake Park School families and staff members participated in a variety of literacy activites on a night when the school was transformed into the great outdoors. Tents, pine trees, campfires and sleeping bags set the scene for an evening of fun and learning. Students had the opportunity to read, listen, sing campfire songs and enjoy s'mores and hot cocoa, while their parents were given ideas and methods to use to help build student literacy.
