After-School Science Program Education students from Elmhurst College have been traveling to Army Trail and Lincoln Schools each Monday and Wednesday to teach after-school science lessons to 4th grade students. The lessons being taught have been selected from the science curriculum series that is used in District 4. These lessons are being taught to 25 students at each school on Monday and then to 25 different students at each school on Wednesday for a period of 7 weeks. Students are enjoying the opportunity to dig deeper and enjoy more hands-on experiences in these after-school classes.
