Students leaning about the brain at a

Workshop held at Stone School.

A speaker from Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, Mrs. Mary Mummy, talked to the students about the brain and spinal cord injuries. She had student try out and imagine how it would feel to be injured or paralyzed.

Then, the students used their own creative brains in an imaginary exercise

called The Dragon of Devonshire.
