Indian Trail Junior High School Supply List
2010-2011

Indian Trail will provide one grey drawstring bag that can be used during the school day to carry loose school supplies. If a student desires to use the bag, the Indian Trail issued grey drawstring bag is the only bag that may be used for supplies during the school day.

Indian Trail PTA will provide one assignment notebook for each student.

The Basics

• Loose-leaf paper (wide-lined) *
• Blue/black pens *
• Red pens *
• #2 pencils *
• Sticky-notes (i.e. Post-Its) *
• One two pocket folder with clips per academic subject in the following colors: RED for Language Arts, BLUE for Math, GREEN for Science, ORANGE for Social Science *
• One single-subject spiral notebook per academic subject in the following colors: RED for Language Arts, BLUE for Math, GREEN for Science, ORANGE for Social Science *
• Two packages of 3x5 lined note cards *
• Colored pencils (erasable preferred)
• Scientific calculator (TI 30x IIs preferred)
• Ruler (centimeter and inches)
• Low-odor dry erase markers
• Graph paper
• Two boxes of facial tissue or disinfecting wipes
• Highlighters
• Personal pencil sharpener
• White-out (tape only - no liquid)
• Pencil pouch with zipper
• Five large paper bags for book covers
• One backpack without wheels (will not fit in locker)

Special Area Courses

• Specials Rotation One (Art, Health, Life Skills, Computers, Applied Tech): black fine line marker, two pencils, and a two pocket folder with clips
• Specials Rotation Two (Math Lab, Literacy Lab, Humanities, Music): one spiral notebook and two pocket folders with clips
• Foreign Language: one 3-ring binder (one inch), loose-leaf paper, five color tab dividers, two packages 3x5 blank note cards  

Note: Some teachers will request additional items.
