The State of Illinois has once again made available the 5 Essentials Survey for public school districts to use for receiving feedback from parents, teachers, and 6th -12th grade students. Our school encourages you to participate in the survey so that we can identify areas of strength and needed improvement for our school.
The survey may be accessed at http://survey.5-essentials.org/illinois/survey/parent/ and will be available through April 25, 2014. Our school team will receive the results next summer so that we can identify strategies for establishing improvement goals for the new school year. Thank you for helping making Indian Trail a great place for our students to learn!
