Did you know that you don’t have to be enrolled in band, orchestra or chorus to make music? Sixth, seventh and eighth grade students in the Specials 2 rotation all have one quarter of general music with Mrs. Diehl. Students learn to play all sorts of musical instruments, including rhythm instruments, xylophones and keyboards. In fact, by eighth grade these student musicians should be able to read notation in both the treble and bass clefs and play songs with two hands on the piano!
