Spring is a great time for collecting box tops!
From now until April 12th the classroom that submits
the most Box Tops, Campbells Labels for Education, and
Tyson labels will win an ice cream party
to be celebrated on April 19th!
Please place all items in a baggie and turn them in
to your classroom teacher.
Happy collecting!
Also, please continue to save the following items
and turn them into the collection box in the school lobby.
If you prefer, you can bring them to any PTA meeting.
The PTA sends them to a company called Terracycle
who "upcycles" them into new products --
and the PTA gets paid per piece!
Please be sure to clean and dry them!
* Empty butter containers, any brand, some examples:
Country Crock, Promise, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
* Empty cream cheese and sour cream containers, any brand
* Empty ricotta cheese and cottage cheese containers, any brand
* Empty tape dispensers, any brand.
Think about how much tape you go through during the holiday season!
Here is another great opportunity to take advantage of:
Checkout http://www.elabelsforeducation.com and
sign up your Jewel card. You will earn points every time
you purchase a Labels for Education product.
This is in addition to cutting out the actual labels on the products!
It's double the points! Don't forget to clip these labels, too!
