What is BPAC?

The Addison School District 4 BPAC, the Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee, was established to enhance the educational experience for all students, with a particular focus on those enrolled in our Transitional Bilingual Education (TBE) programs (Dual Language Program/EL Resource). Comprised of parents and guardians of bilingual/multilingual students, along with teachers, administrators, and community leaders, BPAC serves as a dedicated platform for collaboration, support, and empowerment. By fostering strong relationships between community leaders, families, and District 4 staff, BPAC ensures that parents and guardians actively participate in their children's educational journey, contributing to their success not only in school but throughout life. If you have any questions or wish to get involved, please do not hesitate to contact either the Director of Biliteracy Crystal Jimenez at (630) 491- 5946, cjimenez@asd4.org and  Leticia Gutierrez Assistant Director of Biliteracy, at (630) 458-2444 or at legutierrez@asd4.org.
