School Supply Lists
2024-2025 School Year
Parents are responsible for providing the above listed supplies for their child’s classroom. All other school supplies will be purchased for each student using Title I funding. Effective 2024, Addison School District 4 is eligible for Districtwide Title I funding due to the number of students that qualify for Free or Reduced lunch status. This means each student will be provided with a school supply kit that includes items such as pencils, folders, glue, headphones, and much more.
