A lifelong resident of Addison, Serge attended Army Trail School, Stone School, and Indian Trail Junior High School along with Addison Trail High School.  Serge has had two of his children go through ASD4 schools and will have his grandchildren going through ASD4 schools in the coming years. Serge has been a District 4 Board member since 2005, working with his fellow Board members to achieve the goal of providing a quality education for all District 4 children.  A dedicated community volunteer, Serge feels that “our ASD4 children need to see that what each of us does—the time and talents we share—can make a difference.”

  • Board Secretary - 2013 to present
  • Committee assignments: Intergovernmental Committee chair, Buildings & Grounds chair, Negotiations, Salary Committee, Legislative Education Network of DuPage (LEND) alternate, and North DuPage Special Education Cooperative (NDSEC) alternate representative.  Serge also represents ASD4 as part of the Army Trail Nature Center Committee.
