Student Chromebooks & Troubleshooting

Internet Access
If your family does not have Internet access at home, please contact your school office.  If you qualify for free/reduced lunch or have been approved for a fee waiver, the district may be able to assist you with a district-issued mobile hotspot.  
Chromebook Troubleshooting
  • Students' Chromebooks will not allow access to any sites between 10:00 pm and 6:15 am.If websites are blocked between 6:15 am-9:59 pm, please have your child sign-out of their Chromebook and sign-in again. This should correct the issue. 
  • Signing into your Chromebook English/ Spanish
  • Chromebook Troubleshooting 
  • Cleaning your Chromebook
  • Connect to home Wifi
  • Update Google Chrome
  • Chromebook issues and/or damage should be reported your child's classroom teacher. Please explain the issue in detail and ask the teacher to submit an Incident IQ ticket. The tech department will review these tickets.
